Daylight saving is always "a trip"

.
I am constantly finding myself thinking "well I shouldn't be tired it is 10 p.m., but
really it is 9 p.m.". Should I eat now, or split the difference so I not "so off". And why in the world don't the kids want to go to bed..."ah, it
really is 7:30 p.m. not 8:30 p.m.".
This constant battle goes on for about 4 -5 days, until I've completely made the switch and accept the new "time". Silly really. I talk about it, analyze it, and fret over a simple hour. I'm certain I spend more time thinking about the switch then the hour it includes. Honestly...it is like I don't have anything else better to do. (Smile.)
